Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Recoverly, operated by Recoverly. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Recoverly reads your estimates (from a CSV or Excel export, a pasted table, or manual entry), ranks the open ones, and writes follow-up messages you can review and send yourself. It does not send messages to your customers.

Payment and refunds

Analysis is free. Unlocking the full set of follow-ups for one analysis is a one-time payment of $49, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Because your follow-ups are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once an analysis has been unlocked or accessed; if there is a duplicate charge, a technical failure, or a billing error, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. No guaranteed outcomes

The figures we show are the value of your open estimates and estimates of which are most worth following up on — not a promise of recovered revenue. Whether an estimate closes depends on you and your customer. You are responsible for reviewing every message before you send it and for your communications with your customers.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
