Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

Recoverly (“we”) operates Recoverly. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

The estimate details you provide

To analyze your estimates, you give us their details — by uploading an export (CSV or Excel), pasting rows from a spreadsheet, or entering one by hand. These can include customer names, contact details, job descriptions, estimate amounts, statuses, and notes. We use them only to identify which estimates are worth following up on and to write follow-up messages for you.

Your account

When you unlock an analysis, we collect your email address and business name at checkout. We use your email to create your account and let you return to your saved analyses, and your business name to sign the follow-ups we write for you.

Third parties we share data with (subprocessors)

  • Anthropic — to identify open estimates and write your follow-ups, we send estimate details (which can include customer names and notes) to Anthropic's API. Data sent to the Anthropic API is not used to train their models.
  • Stripe — payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your email and payment details at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
  • Our hosting and database providers — store your account and analyses so you can return to them.

What we do not do

We never contact your customers. We do not sell your data. The details you provide are used only to produce and store your own analyses and follow-ups.

Retention and deletion

Your analyses are stored so you can come back to them. To delete an analysis, or your account and its data, email support@byrecoverly.com and we'll remove it.
