Refund Policy

Unlocking your follow-ups is a one-time $49 payment for a single analysis. Everything is delivered instantly: the moment you unlock, every follow-up is available to read, copy, and send. Because that value is delivered immediately and can't be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once an analysis has been unlocked or accessed.

Billing problems we'll make right

If something went wrong with the charge itself — a duplicate payment, a technical failure that stopped you from accessing what you paid for, or a clear billing error — email us at support@byrecoverly.com within 7 days of the charge. We'll review it promptly and put it right, including a full refund where one is warranted.

Changing your mind

We don't provide refunds simply because you've changed your mind, or decided the follow-ups weren't useful after opening them — by that point the analysis and every follow-up have already been delivered to you. If you're not sure the product is right for you, the free sample lets you read a complete follow-up before you pay anything.

How approved refunds are issued

When we do issue a refund, it's returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days.
